Ross R. says, "I am the owner of Raytown Plaza laundromat and I have been using the services of Craig Thomas of SOHO Solutions for the past 2 years. Shortly after I purchased the laundromat I decided to increase our business hours, and to do this, I needed to reprogram the automatic lock on our front door. I contacted the lock manufacturer and although they were not able to help, they recommended Craig as someone who could help me adjust the settings. Due to the installers forgetting the original password, it turned out to be a very complicated task and I know Craig spent a lot of time researching that problem, often when it seemed like a solution was not possible. Finally, Craig was able to solve to password issue and adjust the settings of the automatic lock. Craig did such an outstanding job solving an impossible task, that I have used him for other "IT" issues at the laundromat, including security cameras, NVR's, wifi issues, etc. Whenever I have had an issue with any of those items Craig is always very quick to respond and fix those problems in a professional, courteous manner.
