- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fee is $79 which is waived with repairs. The service fee includes a thorough evaluation of your unit and guaranteed diagnosis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all necessary info and schedule an appointment at your convenience. We are available anytime between 9am and 7pm, Monday-Saturday. We have Sunday appointments available as needed. Appointments are always available same day or next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certifications. Training in all major brands.
