- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mention how you found us and receive $25 of any repair. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Must mention discount during scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don’t want you to sit around and wait all day for us. We will give you update calls at 10, 12, 2 and 4p. This allows you to go about your day and not wait around for us at home. We will give you a 30-minute notice before we head in your direction. If that time does not work for you, we will try another time. We Will Not Park In Your Driveway Without Your Permission. We Will Wear Floor Savers And Put Down Runners In Your Home. Hoffmann Brothers is covered with up to two million dollars, when the state minimum is $50,000. We will go over the job with you and make sure you are happy with our work. We will take all our trash with us when we leave. Upfront Pricing with No Surprises. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require everyone to pass our in-house test for technical proficiency, and typically only 1 – 2% of applicants pass this screening. We continually train our employees on their technical skills and on code regulations.
