- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every project is unique, and we provide custom quotes for every project. Generally, these will be based on an estimate of time at an hourly rate. Projects with very specific deliverables, like photography (4 photos of X) will be quoted as a set fee per item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet, Plan, Design, Review, Repeat. We have specific brochures outlining the general process and terms for different types of work, ie Photography, Architecture, Graphic Design, etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Master of Architecture (Washington University, 2000); American Institute of Architects (AIA) Associate; Society of Architectural Historians; Association of Independent Architectural Photographers
