- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not bill by the hour, and we have no time limit. We can provide music for the wedding ceremony. Pricing varies depending on if one or two sound systems are required (if ceremony is in different location than reception, for example). We can provide photo guestbook for an additional $50. We can provide head table uplighting for $175, and full uplighting for $350 Video projector is an additional $175 We can also provide a photobooth upon request. Friday and Sunday events are discounted off our listed pricing. Off-peak seasons (winter) may also be discounted
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer and get to know their desires and expectations. We provide all the information to make an informed decision. When they are ready to commit, $100 deposit and contract signed. We then have a combination of in-person meetings, phone / email / text correspondence to assist customer in planning their event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure your DJ has liability insurance (We do). Go with your gut. If a price seems too good to be true, it probably isn't a smart investment.
