- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cooking Lessons -$35 per/hour for 2 $15 for each extra person Personal Chef - $75 - $100 for 4 meals for up to 6 portions. One time $300-$350 for 15 meals/ one week plus 2 desserts on a regular basis Catering Buffet - $300-up it depends on menu and the number of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to meet briefly with them to see what they like and dislike and go more in depth about their needs. At this time we will go over a schedule, price, menu, and contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from LeCoron Bleu and have been working in varies types of kitchen for the past few years. My family and I have also been practicing a healthy eating lifestyle for the past 10 years and striving to become even healthier.
