Hired Home Maintenance Solutions to put in a new garbage disposal. My old unit started leaking. Left Bruce a voicemail about my disposal, he got back with me quickly . We agreed apon a day and time, he was actually able to come out a couple hours early. He and Bobby (the technican) assessed the problem and actually pointed out that my current hook up was wrong on top of the leaky disposal. Bruce went out and got a few parts, Bobby started installing my new disposal. When Bruce returned, Bobby corrected the plumbing issue. Everything went smoothly, Bobby did a great job, both guys were awesome. Would definitely hire again.

I hired Home Maintenance Solution to install a new dryer receptacle, replace outlet receptacles, add a motion light, install a new receptacle, and enclose a portion of a ceiling with cedar boards. Their bid was competitive. Their work generally seemed satisfactory, but the ceiling enclosure appeals hastily completed and the boards are not completely flush/even. There was also an issue with a light switch installed by HMS, but they quickly repaired it.
