The Professionalism and response time to "completion" were absolutely wonderful!! As for the pricing, it wouldve been fine if the extension cord wasn't so short for a few extra dollars to add another 2 ft or next size up etc. then on the 75 dollar tree to add blue lights to existing white lights... I ended up just going to Lowes and getting one more row of 25 ft lights and putting them up and redoing the tree myself which took all of about 30 minutes to make it look professional. I do appreciate the gentleman's business mindset and quick responsiveness and I totally understand they were busy but for 75 dollars for one set of lights when I went and bought two of the same exact set only ended up needing two so used their existing just wrapped it so it went white blue like I requested and like I said one more pack cost me somewhere between 9-15.99 from Lowes and about 20 minutes to line the lights up in the rain perfectly, lighting not so bad but a too short extension cord, especially when you can see three trash cans on the side of the house, and everyone I know takes their trash to the curb weekly, I have moved things around so now the cord sits flat enough to roll the cans on my property and its not just a hanging extension cord from one tree to a small decorative plant. Other than that the lighting turned out great and my little Angels love them! Very kind and understanding and communication aka "CSR" was great! Thanks again and happy holidays! Ray R.
