- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every dog is unique, as is every owner. What works for one pup and their parents may not work for another, so my services are tailored to suit each client's individual needs. New clients receive a 30-minute phone consultation free of charge to get to know me and my methods, talk about their dog's issues, and ask any initial questions before setting up our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience studying dog psychology and behavior, and 5 years working alongside professional dog trainers and behavior specialists in St. Louis and San Francisco.
