Top notch plumber! Speedy response to my initial job request, scheduled the repair for the next day and showed on time, then explained what he repaired including added support for the pipe. Nick will be my first choice for all plumbing repairs in the future!

This past week, I hired Sewer Solution Pros to help me figure out why there was water coming from the concrete basement floor. Ken was able to determine that the pipe was probably blocked and had nowhere else to go but spray through a crack in my concrete basement floor. Kyle suggested that we try snaking the pipe to see if it was blocked. So Nick came the very next morning to snake the pipe and it was indeed blocked. So this allowed us time to clear the room being affected before having to dig the concrete to find/fix the leak. I am so thankful for their honesty and temporary fix in order to allow me to prepare the basement for a bigger job. They were on time, professional, and answered all my questions without hesitation. They also responded quickly whenever I contacted them. I definitely will use them again and give a review after the bigger job of replacing the broken/leaky pipe under the basement flooring.

From the outset, Nick was quick to respond to my need whereas 3 other pros with high reviews never replied. Nick came out on a Saturday and quickly identified what he thought the problem might be and had a quote to me within 48 hours. I’m in an old home where the pipes are in stages of decay and can be complicated to access. Nick bought Scot into the project and within a day, they had found and replaced a section in between my first floor kitchen and second floor bathroom. Minimal damage to walls and ceiling. Both were pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about the work. I am typically a 3 quote person but in this case I am glad that the other two pros did not return my request. I’ll definitely use Sewer Solution Pros for my next project if ever needed. Greatly appreciated! Thank you guys!
