Introduction: As a personal chef, I’m available in the evenings to help bring together your family meals and special occasions. My services include menu planning, purchasing the necessary ingredients, meal preparation, and cleanup. I also do meal preparation for meals during the week that are easily re-heatable. I can recreate some of your family favorites or plan a menu for you while getting your input and approval along the way. I’m able to make any accommodations for food allergies or dietary restrictions that are present with any guests or family members. Each session can be custom tailored to meet your needs for any occasion. As a private cooking instructor, I come to your home or apartment and give you hands-on instruction in menu planning, meal preparation, and proper cooking techniques. I have a variety of different menu items to choose from for each of the three different meal times: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a special menu for the holiday season(s). I also give my clients the option of picking some of their own recipes that they need help perfecting or tweaking. I mainly do one-on-one classes, but I'm available to do group classes by request. I purchase the ingredients prior to class, arrive early to get everything set up, and stay until things are cleaned up. Do you have a dinner party or special gathering coming up? As a private caterer, I sit down with my clients and establish a food budget and get their full approval on all aspects of the menu. I prepare, deliver, setup and display the food items before the start of the event. Are you looking for a more intimate setting? I also offer passed hors d'oeuvres and/or plated food items.
