He is not honest person!
He installed PVc pipes for my gas furnace. He claimed that he know about HVAC. He installed wrong. I had to pay $250 to a licensed technician to correct. I paid him the asking money. He said he will return it and never heard back from him. Also my female
Tenant complained about him for not being professional.

Mr Narinder, with all due respect i informed you of the pvc pipes for the furnace that was not connected as I was inspecting the other furnace. The tenant confirmed her gas was off and I informed you the gas company probably will not turn the gas on with the pipe not connected. I initially connected the pipes like they were originally were. When the gas company came and turned the gas on the furnace kept cutting off after so long. I was not the original installer of the furnace and whoever installed the furnace and pipe something apparently went wrong during the installation which has nothing to do with me. Majority of your furnaces are in bad shape filters are coated with dirt beyond reason debris throughout return ductwork as well as supply vents. Motor cages had debris throughout informing you of the condition these furnaces not being properly serviced on a regular which is causing you to have to do major repairs/installations way ahead of time. You acknowledged that moving forward you will have your furnaces serviced on a regular basis. I also have been informed by one of your tenants the frustration is with you due to poor communication and response times to the needs of your tenants
