Respond and actually show up when you say you’re going to show up. When your heat is out in the winter every minute counts cause it’s cold. Guy told us for 3 days that he was coming for a repair that he was supposed to find the problem and never showed up. Did not give a reason on why he didn’t show nor did he send me a message stating that he was not going to show up.
