- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to give my customers the best pricing that I can. I'm not one of the big guys so I am able to keep prices down thanks to low overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an on-site visit so I can access things and go over them with the customer before they make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with 30 year veterans of the door field and went on to running several local door companies before starting my own. I have been certified through many courses in the industry and stay current with updates.
