Elite garage door was great! The technician quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the door and gave me an estimate for the repairs within minutes of looking at it. I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced. He also noticed that one of the cables was starting to fray and explained what could happen if it snaps! He replaced the spring, cables and also swapped out my old rollers to heavy duty nylon rollers. My garage door works better then it did before it needed repairs. I’m so happy I went with this company. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and highly recommend them if you are looking for fast, honest and reliable work!

I started calling around to several different Garage companies but only they were able to show up within 2 hours and constantly kept me updated VS another company that quoted me over 1500$ for switching out my Extension system to a Torsion system for my Garage and it took them 2 days to show up and didn't explain anything to me. I had a million questions for the tech and he was able to answer all of them honestly and quickly. I even verified all he was saying through information I could find online and they lined up. Its hard to find trusted companies out there but I give them a 5/5. Especially when they charged 1/3 less than competing companies and being transparent is a luxury nowadays. They may be a newer company but they are local and the experience was stress free. Thanks!
