We recently hired Modern Design and Build for a complete kitchen renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The project included removing a wall, installing new hardwood flooring, a kitchen island, cabinets, countertops, and updated lighting throughout the space.
From start to finish, the entire team was professional, organized, and easy to work with. Their designers took the time to understand our vision and helped create a kitchen that perfectly fits our family's needs and style. Stan and Luis did an excellent job managing the project, keeping everything on schedule and communicating with us every step of the way.
What impressed us most was the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of everyone involved. Every member of their team was courteous, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. We always felt comfortable having them in our home and trusted them throughout the entire process.
Our new kitchen has completely transformed the space, and we receive compliments on it all the time. We would absolutely hire Modern Design and Build again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional results while providing a great customer experience from beginning to end.

These guys were great to work with. I was set to build a deck (4 decks actually) on a multifamily I own. My original debt guy canceled on me and Sam and Team quoted it out and built it within a week of contacting them. Decker salad and was built exactly to architectural spec. Great communication, would recommend.
