Communication is horrible! I honestly feel he just came out so that he could receive the service fee for checking out the product because we couldn’t reach him out! Avoid using!

We discussed a time and i arrived during that window. I let you know when i was en route and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to be on site. I still diagnosed both appliances for one fee. I expedited the part to be able to return the following day. My phone broke and im sorry for that but when we spoke i made you aware and you said i could come the following day if i wanted. I said it was fine and we agreed on a time that day. This time i arrived and waited 20 minutes sent multiple messages and no one showed up. I said we would need to reschedule for the following day. The next day while my phone was in the repair shop you send multiple messages and i apologize for that but i did tell you it would need to be in the evening. I responded to you when i was able to around 2pm after you left this review and i saw your messages. I was offering to come and complete the repair and discount it. You said you already hired someone else in that very short time frame. I apologize for the issues but what you wrote here was very dishonest. I showed up each time discussed and was left to wait both times. My time is valuable as well and things happen. But I held up my end at the end of the day and offered expedited service at no additional charge. I hope you were able to get your appliances fixed. Have a great day.
