- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
service fees cover initial planning of job. basically on-site inspection of job to see conditions of work. they also cover my expenses which includes thumbtack fee, gas, and time inspecting the site and initial planning for select jobs. jobs that require demolition to further diagnose problem areas require more planning. at that point all planning falls under hourly rate of $65 hour. service fees and planning fees are to be paid same day. I get paid at the end of each working day. I will turn in photos of before and after. I will also turn in daily completion report. customer will pay for materials and delivery of materials to job site. in certain cases I can provide delivery of materials to site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact them. set up a meeting time for service call. set a date for materials to be delivered . set up start day. I will contact the person the night before the job to confirm the job is still ready o be done.
