The service technician came out to address an overflow issue with the gutters and assured me he knew how to resolve it. During the visit, he appeared to be referencing a video for guidance and was also taking photos of neighboring homes. Although this raised some concern, I chose to proceed. Unfortunately, the issue was not corrected. I attempted to follow up as instructed, but I have not received any response.
