I would highly recommend using this service for your handyman needs. He was very responsive with his messsges and was able to get me just a few days after we initally spoke. He helped me install all new smoke detectors in the house and get the jungle of a lawn back under control. Punctual, professional, and priced reasonably. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking as many questions as I need to fully understand what the customer is looking for. I like to see photos of the project beforehand when possible so I can show up prepared with the right tools and materials. I give a clear price upfront, complete the work efficiently and cleanly, and always follow up to make sure the customer is happy with the results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been someone who likes to figure out how things work and fix them myself. Over the years I built up my skills doing projects around my own home and for friends and family. Eventually people started asking me to help them with their projects too and I realized I had a real knack for it. I decided to turn it into a business so I could do what I love every day.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners, renters, landlords and small business owners throughout the St. Louis area. Every customer and every project is a little different which is honestly one of my favorite things about this work. Whether it is a small repair or a bigger project I bring the same level of care and attention to every job.
