- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking as many questions as I need to fully understand what the customer is looking for. I like to see photos of the project beforehand when possible so I can show up prepared with the right tools and materials. I give a clear price upfront, complete the work efficiently and cleanly, and always follow up to make sure the customer is happy with the results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been someone who likes to figure out how things work and fix them myself. Over the years I built up my skills doing projects around my own home and for friends and family. Eventually people started asking me to help them with their projects too and I realized I had a real knack for it. I decided to turn it into a business so I could do what I love every day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners, renters, landlords and small business owners throughout the St. Louis area. Every customer and every project is a little different which is honestly one of my favorite things about this work. Whether it is a small repair or a bigger project I bring the same level of care and attention to every job.
