- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A member of Fix As You Wish will give you a quote if a video chat/Facetime is possible. If a team member travels to your address, provides an estimate and you don't hire us, a $50 travel fee is charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting. Discussing and understanding the problem. Discussing possible time-frames and expectations. Signing a basic contract. Fixing the problem. Cash payment due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Dad did contracting work and helped him a lot growing up.
