Hired on Thumbtack

Wow! Used wrong paint and didnt do the job I hired him for. I hired him to paint a porch that I explained had a smoke smell. He painted the porch without using kils, used the wrong paint and did a sloopy job. Also duplicated this peeformance at another property before I was aware being out of town. Had property manager state " it looks worse than before it was painted" Doesn't know what he is doing and keeps mentioning a mentor so beware!! Agreed to fix mistakes and just more excuses!!
