Luis sounded promising over the phone. I got a quote from him and he let me know when he could do my crown moulding job. He was delayed a few days but I didn’t mind because the price was in my budget. He started the job in 2 rooms. The moulding looks horrible! He then call me and told me he couldn’t finish it because he broke his elbow. His exact message was: “Ms Felicia I’m so sorry to inform you, I fell off a ladder today and broke my elbow and ankle. I’ll be out of commission. I won’t be able to continue your project.” He wasted my material and now I have to remove the moulding. If you can’t do the job, just say that instead of costing the customer more money and time!!
