Do's:
1 - On-site Repairs - this is core to our business as we optimize for efficiency, adaptability and convenience whereas others might require longer turnaround
2 - Warranty - We honor all work with 1-week, 1-month and [when appropriate] 3 month check in for integrity at no extra cost to you
3 - Masonry, Sheetrock, welding, carpentry, customizations, upgrades [are all welcomed!]
4 - Appliances/Hardware - Reverse engineering disassemblers to talk directly to most household appliances for error message debugging
Dont's:
1 - No plumbing or home electrical (sorry 😓)
2 - After 2 on-site tech visits pickup arrangements are provided for taking [mower/appliance] back to the shop. In some cases a loaner mower can be leased while repairs are performed
3 - Major Deviations - If on-site work differs significantly from client description of services we reserve the right to turn cancel/amend service agreement
4 - Work exceeding $300 or 10 hours labor requires signed service level agreement and 30% deposit fee to begin scheduling [and purchasing parts]
