The quality of his work is terrible, and the finishing is really poor. He never shows up at the promised times and uses more material than expected. Every task takes him a lot of time to complete. He lacks the proper tools for the job and doesn't know how to accurately estimate the work. He often has to borrow tools from others.The customer feels a great deal of stress regarding his work. I would rate him 1 out of 100.
