I don't have enough good things to say about Neal .. .the only I'd change is I wish we would've known about him years ago. He communicated well and was very professional. Any time there was something that came up, he contacted us and walked us through it. He was extremely solution-oriented which was so helpful given the number of things we had him covering. As the work went along, we continued to add one-off projects, because we realized how handy and versatile he was. He handled plumbing, electrical, structural, carpentry, and painting. One of the things I appreciated most about Neal was that last minute we had something come up that needed quick attention, and I was out of town. Neal didn't hesitate to come over and help even though it was late on a Thursday evening. He sent videos of the work he did when he completed it while we were away from the home. Not a single thing he did required rework after we looked at it in detail. He didn't take shortcuts either. Everything he did was using quality materials and the right methods ... in fact, he fixed something another handyman had done incorrectly and which was starting to wear down. I can't recommend Neal enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service call is unique. Time, Material, Scope and Complexity are all factors. Most if not all jobs are figured on estimates as well as booking deposits required on an initial basis on the first appointment, then subsequent appointments booking deposit will not be asked. Booking deposits are also non-refundable. Cancellation fees are assessed if cancelled later than 72hrs or no-show conditions exist. Once the truck is in route to your address, even on same day appointments, a cancellation amount is assessed. Material deposits are refundable with a 20% restocking fee if cancelled not later than 72hrs prior to agreed time.
Weekend emergencies and requested weekend scheduling typically is at a higher rate, standard for most shops.

I like to start with getting the best understanding of the customer's needs, and problems. Then work towards the best effective solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a strong acumen and training in electrical, started 30+ years ago with several years with Union Electrician's on the job training.
