- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent in our pricing and don't use tactics like 40% off of an inflated price. We can design with you in your home and you see the price change as we design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with phone call or emails to learn about the project and prepare for a free in-home consultation. We don't have a showroom, we come to you. We will work with you on design and features of your space. We will work to design with you at the consultation, for larger projects requiring time to design we will do it offsite and return to present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been designing and installing cabinet projects for over 9 years with our other business with Fresh Faced Cabinets, and have product and installation training from manufacturers.
