FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time, difficulty, and materials needed for the job. • I can usually give an accurate quote from photos and details. • Some jobs may require extra hardware (anchors, screws, brackets, etc.). • If you bundle multiple tasks on the same visit, I can often offer a better overall rate. • There are no surprise charges I communicate pricing clearly before I start. My goal is quality work at a fair price, done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and professional: 1. Quick consultation – I ask a few questions and review photos if needed 2. Clear quote & plan – upfront pricing and what’s included 3. Confirm schedule – set a time that works best for you 4. Professional install/repair – clean, precise work done correctly 5. Final walkthrough – I make sure you’re happy before I leave 6. Clean-up – I always clean up the area and haul away small debris when possible My goal is always a smooth experience and a job done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is mainly real-world hands-on experience from over 10 years of completing home repair and installation work. I’ve learned the right methods through consistent practice, problem-solving, and working with different wall types, hardware, materials, and home layouts. I also stay sharp by following best practices for safe installs—especially for things like TV mounting, drywall repair, and tile work, where quality and detail matter.
