- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Flooring installation work is generally bid per square foot. However, projects that are less than. 500 square feet are bid by my estimation of how much labor & time will be involved on my end to professionally complete the project. Also ,any demo work required for the job is bid the same way.
