Introduction

My name is Mark I am the owner operator of Ace of Clubb's Flooring & Contracting♣️. I specialize in the installation of hard surface flooring & in residential interior & exterior painting. I have been installing flooring & painting for right at 15 years now. I feel as though new flooring and new painting are two projects that can really change the look of a home in a major way. I take pride In not only completing a job that is not only esthetically pleasing but that I know was professionally done and the customer will receive longevity out of the work I have done. I truly enjoy seeing a project come together to not only the customers satisfaction but mine as well.

Mark did a great job laying ceramic tile. Completely transformed my 2 bathrooms. Made sure squeaky floors were repaired and fixed some other floor damage. He really knows his craft. I will definitely be contacting him to complete more projects.

After coming over to take measurements, he told us to check our e-mail later that day for his estimate; we checked, saw nothing. The next day I reached out to him and he again said he would send it that day but he didn't. He also didn't send it the next day...I have no idea when he'll get around to sending it (if ever). Don't waste your time on this guy like I did. He is flaky, doesn't communicate well, doesn't follow through on the timeline he sets for himself, and definitely doesn't respect your time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Flooring installation work is generally bid per square foot. However, projects that are less than. 500 square feet are bid by my estimation of how much labor & time will be involved on my end to professionally complete the project. Also ,any demo work required for the job is bid the same way.

began working with a close friend eleven years ago.
