- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary upon scope of work. There are no hidden fees in pricing. Our fees are very upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer would explain scope of work. I would then ask for a picture of the property and a detailed description of service expected. Upon understanding the customers need I explain exactly what services, fees, availability and how I plan to execute the service in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience is on the job training. I have a very strong client list that have grew through word of mouth. I pride myself and team on being very knowledgeable of the business.
