I am transitioning from being in a highly regulated industry where the customer is always # 1 and I bring that same mindest to my cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is a MUST! I am a retire military and have higher than normal standards. Not only did Fel and her staff meet my expectations but they took it up a few notches. The task was to clean a rental house that was full of challenges. They were outstanding, professional and spot on with the attitude of clean as if it belongs to them! Not only did the clean but my cabinets had a shine on them. They will be my first Choice for any future cleaning jobs. Thanks for making things easy on me by doing such a great job!

She has not come to clean yet because I have had to cancel a few times due to my husband's health. She has been understanding, kind, and very caring. I definatly look forward to meet her and have her clean my home withinbthe next two to three weeks at the latest. I will then be able to finish my evaluation. However, I di want you to know what an exceptional she is. Her kindness has been so helpful to me during a very difficult time. Please take my name off as interested for info from anyone else. What an awesome job Fel and her team did! I recently had a deep cleaning / move out cleaning job done and the Brightside Cleaning Crew absolutely EXCEEDED expectations. You can truly trust that they will be meticulous and clean your house as if it were their own. I have now also asked for routine cleaning visits and I have been very pleased with their consistent attention to detail. Fel's Brightside has been incredible.

Our prices are currently by the room vs by square footage or a hourly rate. Additionally, a whole home cleaning is always discounted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call to discuss the details of the cleaning job. I print out our price list and a list of what is included in a standard and deep cleaning as a referral.

Individuals from the 9-5 professionals to the at home retiree and people with health limitations.
