- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the space, frequency of service, and level of detail required. All cleaning supplies are included. There’s a small travel fee for locations outside the St. Louis metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation to understand the client’s needs, lifestyle, and cleaning preferences. From there, I recommend the best service package — whether it’s a one-time deep clean or a recurring plan. Before the appointment, I send an invoice and confirm arrival details. During the clean, I focus on quality and detail so every client feels that “fresh start” feeling when they walk in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a professional cleaning company for several years before starting Luxe Legacy Cleaning, gaining hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and detailed deep cleans. I also completed sanitation and safety training, including knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and safe product use.
