- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are to the point and simple. Yes we offer coupons and specials to recurring customers and customers who refer us. We really like word of mouth referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process involves asking questions and getting everything in writing. I want no confusion on price or on dates and time. Therefore the customer must accept our prices and understand we only service certain locations. I have a right to refuse service if the customer doesn't agree to the written terms. A customer also has a right to refuse service with us if the customer doesn't agree on price or on the times we can provide service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education or training but I have learned a lot from other small business owners.
