I've been a loyal customer of Gonzalez HVAC for the past 5 years, working primarily with Rich between both of my homes here in South St. Louis City. Between these 2 homes he has installed 2 air conditioning units and, most recently, an Air Coil. As always, he did an excellent job in the installation and explaining the process. He also gave me a quick-n-easy way maintenance suggestion that made sense and followed up with a text to remind me to register my new Air coil with the manufacturer. He also proactively inspected my HVAC system for any possible future repairs/concerns. From end-2-end Gonzalez HVAC provided honest, reasonably priced services and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy HVAC company. Bruce was extremely helpful in repairing my AC that went out. He was prompt, trustworthy, and very affordable. He explained the problem with the until thoroughly and understood I was on a budget throughout. He got the older unit I have up and running quick order. Other (bigger, highly marketed) companies I’ve used before tried to oversell me and gauge me. Bruce and his company were the opposite. They do right by the customer. I highly recommend using them for anything HVAC related!

Kevin came in and determined the new outside a/c unit was installed improperly. We have been through 6 different companies over the years trying to figure out the issues with our system. We paid more than I had hoped but this is the first time the house cooled down within a few his not days. I woke up this morning COLD and we had it set in 70s. Also the communication was wonderful.
