Raphael didn't show up when we had arranged, and at first I was annoyed. Then I looked at his reviews and score on thumbtack, and knew something out of the ordinary had happened. A few hours later he communicated that he had lost his phone and had spent the morning getting a new one. He came to do my job right away, was capable, personable, and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier it worked out so well.

Keep new clients appt. I didn’t even know that Kerr could not keep this appointment. I will never use this company anymore. I am reporting this company to the BBB as I canceled two appts because he was late then found out he canceled. Why didn’t he CALL ME?
