- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We offer Military Discounts, Senior Citizen Discounts. We do offer our customer's all materials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We set up a time to meet our new customer. We text the customer when we are on our way. We discuss the scope of the project, talk about various options if needed. Explain our process. Within 24 - 48 hours you will receive a detailed estimate for your project along with our Certificate of Liability Insurance. We keep our customer's informed on a daily basis thru text or e-mail as the process moves forward. We leave the project clean and organized daily. When the project is done we do a walk thru with the customer before we receive the final payment. All lien waivers for Labor and Materials are emailed to the customer after we receive the final payment for the project and it has cleared our bank.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training has come from being in the Painters/Tapers Union for over 30 years. I've been thru the Apprenticeship program and been a Foreman, Superintendent on numerous Residential New Construction, Commercial, Chemical Plants
