Do Better was extraordinarily professional, did beautiful work, solved problems as they came up and went along, and was also very nice to work with. I hired them (Mr. Ladd and his assistants) to do a bathroom - prep the wall with insets, tile up to the ceiling with coordinated tile insets, replace toilet and vanity. It is beautiful. They were able to get materials and provide receipts to make it easy for me too. I'm going to hire them again for other jobs.

I am very happy with their service and professionalism.Bilal fixed the issue first time he was here but had to come back when I started having problems again which we both suspected could happen due to squirrels eating the wires on the porch light.He is trustworthy,explains everything and goes above the call of duty to do a good job.I'll be hiring them again for other projects.

He was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. When he came by, he was very personable and knowledgeable. It explained the issue with our tile in our shower and kept the repairs minimal and for a reasonable price. Overall I could not have asked for better experience.
