- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cost is figured based on time and materials for a given job. I am happy to purchase paint with my contractor discount. I typically purchase paint from Benjamin Moore, PPG, or Sherwin Williams.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically communicate with customers via phone, text or email prior to completing a bid. After completing a bid and upon acceptance, I communicated in the means that is easiest for the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a painter in high school. I have worked for several painting contractors over the years. In the last 3 years I established my company, Paint the Earth, LLC.
