Robert provides exceptional customer service. He is incredibly responsive and was the first to reply to my project within minutes. I needed to move a heavy fountain I had purchased and he went to the garden shop the day before to check it out to assure it was moved safely. He was so careful moving it and I could not be happier. It is nice to get such good and caring service especially in our world today. If I need anything moved in the future he will be my first choice.
