FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to walk the property to see exactly what I will be working with. A lot of companies will use google maps, get an idea on the size of the yard, and place a bid. The problem with this is every yard is unique. To provide the best customer service, I always walk the property and ask detailed questions so both my client and myself know what to expect from each other. Getting "hands on" and seeing for myself what the layout of each property is will always provide the most accurate quote possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should look for a teacher. Someone who doesn't get frustrated or annoyed that you ask a lot of questions. In my opinion, there are no secrets. Everything we do and say is verifiable through the internet, so why try and hold something back? Why be stand off-ish? I'm all about teaching people what they need to best service their lawn.
