Introduction: I'm new to Thumbtack, but not new to coaching. You can check out my web site to see more of my experience. In 20 years of business leadership and life coaching experience, I’ve learned that you are capable and have much of what you need. My role is to help you discover and use it to move forward. I’ve successfully transitioned people to new careers and seasons of life that have brought clarity and success to all aspects of their lives. I have buckets of professional resources and frameworks if you need them. Or I can listen and we can explore life together, which is often more fun and more fruitful. Josh was instrumental in helping me dismantle the roadblocks (real and imagined) I faced in my career. He was patient and caring in his approach to first understand me as a person, yet he didn't shy away from challenging my thought processes and self-assessments. He then outlined a unique path forward for us, employing a multi-disciplinary approach to achieve our objectives. Together we explored the intersection points between leadership and my personal values, using research and case studies to stimulate conversation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free consultation. This is a partnership so we need to decide together whether this is the right fit. Then we can move forward. The price is per hour of time together but I will put extra time in emailing and giving resources. My point of view is that I’ll invest as much in you as you do!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spend time getting to know your situation. Then partner together on goals and a path forward, regardless of topic. I offer everyone a half hour of getting to know each other and determining if we can work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of leadership in business, non profit and coaching focused on developing others and helping them realize their potential. I’ve been trained in group therapy techniques and am currently in a graduate program studying counseling. I take a very multidisciplinary approach.
