We enjoy helping our customers get back to their daily lives and making the whole process as seamless as possible. I truly enjoy the technical aspect of properly drying out a home. I am continually learning new and better techniques and thoroughly enjoy studying the science of drying.

When we had heavy rains and our house flooded, Rapid Dry was there within an hour to start drying everything out. Their crew was friendly and professional, they worked efficiently and they showed up when most other companies couldn't make it until a day later. I was really impressed with their speed and service. I've used them twice now and been happy both times. They go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Rapid Dry handled a mold issue I had in my unfinished basement. They made sure to handle it safely so it didn’t get upstairs at all and they were very friendly and professional. It was a great value; I had shopped a few companies and chose them as they were very knowledgeable and a fair price! I would definitely recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program called Xactimate which is used by all insurance company's with standard pricing for services rendered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first show up and give a free inspection for the homeowner. Once the inspection is complete we go through our findings with the Homeowner and explain what we will do. If it is something that will be handled through your insurance we assist you in the process and we work with your insurance to keep things running smothly. We keep you informed every step of the process and let you know all that is going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the home remodeling industry for 30 years and i am IICRC certified in water and mold removal. I am also a Certified Residential and Commercial mold inspector and remediation through Professional Mold Inspection Institute.
