For my back deck, he replaced water damaged boards, sealed and repainted the deck, and replaced my post caps with more durable ones that won’t damage as easily as the others. He also removed a broken bathroom vanity and installed a new one where he had to sand and touch up paint, etc. He’s painted multiple rooms in my house as well and is quick and efficient. He placed rock around my a/c unit to keep the weeds and grass from growing up around it and it looks way nicer too! Ive had him build an entire wall of Ikea cabinets for me to add storage in my home.
