Introduction: I specialize in career and communications coaching within the scientific and engineering industries. I typically work with two types of clients:
1) Mid-senior level technical professionals who are in career transitions toward positions that require more sales communications and people-management skills. This typically includes scientists or engineers moving from technical/regulatory industry roles into consulting/service industries; from corporate employment into self-employment; or from technical/project management into sales engineering/corporate management positions.
2) Junior level engineers/scientists trying to evaluate the type of career to pursue that utilizes their specialized education, personal preferences, and natural skill sets.
I provide one-on-one coaching, corporate group career advising, change-management consulting, group communications training, and public speaking for educational, transitional, and motivational purposes usually for university, high school, or unemployment organization functions.
