Four years ago I was involved in a vehicle accident that changed my life forever. I initially contacted a firm that was only concerned about pushing my case through settlement and allowing the insurance company to dictate the outcome. After almost two years of that firms attorneys telling me that my injury was just soft tissue damage, and my claim was worth what I was asking, I decided to take control of my own case. I searched out a surgeon who confirmed what I knew all along, that I had two ruptured disc in my neck. I immediately fired my original attorney after my surgeon and I discussed my diagnosis. A few days later my uncle recommended Chris and his firm. His exact words were He is a great young attorney. The next two years was the beginning of a journey that I will always remember. Dealing with the surgery and physical therapy at times was overwhelming. Chris was always there with encouragement and always provided updates on the case. At times I truly wanted to quit because the insurance company was making every turn so much more difficult to maneuver. Chris always had something positive to add even when I only saw the negative. It is very difficult to express to someone how frustrating a civil case can be. No one can put a price on your health and sanity and only you truly know how it is affecting you. Chris always pushed forward and believed in my case without question. I have said it to many people that you know a great professional relationship when it feels like a friendship. For that I am very thankful for Chris and his firm. I ultimately put my life in his hands and would do it again without question. A few years ago I was in a terrible car crash. The aftermath of a car accident leaves you with feeling helpless, lost, and overwhelmed. I had a lot of people in my life trying to give me advice, and a lot of it seemed contradictory to one another. I was referred to Chris by a friend and I just felt this was the right person to help take care of us. I'm glad I trusted my gut because Chris has been great. From our first meeting Chris was attentive to the situation and had solutions to offer me. Throughout the process Chris would constantly keep me in the loop with what was going on and how the case was progressing, he was always available to answer questions or to explain in more detail what was happening. I never felt like he was just some guy that was telling me what to do, but I felt like we were a team. As my injury progressed Chris was sensitive to my changes and what I was experiencing and made suggestions to see certain doctors to help get to the bottom of what was going on. I'm glad he did because there was a serious injury to my brain that had he not caught, I'm not sure I would have known how to get it corrected. Chris fought hard for me and my family and never backed down. When going up against large companies it easy to feel intimidated and feel like your a little fish in a large pond, but I always felt like I had a loud voice and that I mattered because of Chris. After the dust settled I can say with absolute confidence that I am able to move forward with my life and be the dad and the husband I want to be. We have answers, solutions, and the tools to put me back together. I owe all of that to God and to Chris. When something like a car accident happens to someone there is no turning back the clock to living life exactly as you had before the crash. Our only hope is to be made whole again as much as possible. I can say this with confidence, I'm not the person I was 2 years ago, but I'm as close as possible because of Chris. Choosing representation after a serious auto accident is one of the biggest decisions you can make. It will effect the rest of your life. Pick the wrong person and you may be left dealing with this injury alone, pick the right person and you can be restored as close as possible to your former self. i was in a very bad car accident and had numerous serious injuries. Chris and Alex seemed genuinely concerned and kind. They worked hard as my advocates with the insurance company and did not stop until the insurance company paid me the maximum of the insurance policy value.
