I cannot recommend Charlotte and her team at Char & Co highly enough! They organized our pantry, master bathroom linen closet, and bathroom sink areas, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish.
Charlotte was prompt, responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. The women on her team were equally wonderful—especially Devin! They were so kind, warm, and friendly, and incredibly good at what they do. It was such a pleasure having them in our home, and I’m thrilled with the results.
My only wish is that I had the budget to have them organize our entire house! If you’re considering hiring an organizer, I wholeheartedly recommend Char & Co.

I have been living out of boxes since moving into my new space for months. Everyday I would say I’ll unpack one box or organize one drawer but never would. I finally use my birthday money to reclaim my home again. When I tell you this was the BEST money I have spent. Worth every penny she was professional and got straight to it didn’t feel judged at all. I was a little sluggish in the beginning but eventually me and boyfriend got in the groove of things which allow us to get the room done in four hours. If you are feeling overwhelmed take the first step and get the help you need. I promise you you won’t regret it. She is worth every single penny, and I will be using her services again in the future.

They were able to meet with me the same day and assess what it would take to do the job. Within a couple of days, they went to work. The team was so polite, professional, and efficient. We had accumulated years and years of things in our garage, especially after the pandemic. It seemed too overwhelming to clean and organize, so we hired Char& Co which was a life-changing experience! She and her team were so supportive, planful and helped tackle what felt impossible! Not only do we have an organized garage and storage area, we also learned ways to apply this approach and continue with better organization habits in other areas. Hello, this is Charlotte proud owner of CHAR & CO. Professional Organizing. Since 2019, I have been successfully organizing homes and business in St. Louis. I'm also a professional organizing coach and teacher for those pursuing a career in the field of home organization, business organization and move management.
I have trained with Joshua Becker, Cathy Paauwerfully, Pro Organizer Studio and I'm a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. My life was changed after reading Marie Kondo's book "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" I continually seek new and innovative courses focused on organization, balance, order, peaceful spaces, health, wellness, and elevated lifestyles.
I have over 40 Years experience as a Business Leader, Mentor, Trainer, Coach, Parish Ambassador, Board Member and Community Volunteer.
My purpose is to serve and I love being able to do what I love!
