- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Assessment $75.00 (not required) Hourly work rate is $70/hr (4 hr min) 50 mile max travel each way (will travel further for an up charge)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and do an assessment of your space, although NOT required. We will go over your goals, and discuss what is working and what is not working. From there, we will come up with a plan of action, and you can decide how you would like to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning about new ways to organize, as well as the latest and greatest products that come out to help you maximize your space. I’ve had my Real Estate License for more than 20 years, so I have a good eye for decluttering, and getting your home ready for the market if selling happens to be your motivation.
