I'm quite the novice when it comes to working out, period, full stop. Let alone in a gym setting with a trainer, no less. But Kristi quickly and accurately assessed my abilities, or lack thereof, and in a short time has helped me build not only strength, stamina, energy, and agility, but also self confidence and the belief that I can achieve fitness.

Let the record reflect that I hate working out. Absolutely hate it. And yet working with Kristi has morphed me, slowly and naturally, into a person who makes better choices on a regular basis. I'm becoming the person I've always wanted to be, and I credit Kristi's motivating power to getting me there. What's really great is that she helps you get there in a way that is easy, helpful, and natural. And she holds you accountable while still being understanding of the stresses and realities of life. Kristi has been perfect. I am a male in my 40s, and previously lost a ton of weight but now wanted to do resistance training. Kristi has been so enthusiastic and encouraging the entire way. She is the total package and will make sure both your mind and body are healthy. She always comes with a smile and lots of energy and encouragement. She truly loves what she does and her goal is to genuinely reach your goals, and I can speak from personal experiences as one of her many clients who also became her friend. Her exercises are individualized (specific muscle group and whole body) and she does challenge with graded levels of difficulty. She makes sure you have the ability to accomplish them and encourages you to push yourself. She is also very detailed on form to help avoid injury. I am very proud that I have been able to become significantly stronger in the past several months, and I look forward to continuing to work with her. Our training sessions are the highlights of my day and week. No matter what your training is (beginner or advanced) or health status, I cannot recommend Kristi enough. Thank you Kristi!
