I am 29 years old fitness trainer and mother of 2. I am certified in personal training, nutrition and certified glute specialist. My goal is to inspire other women to reach their fitness goals. A lot of us are scared to take the step into working out or sometimes don't want to start this journey alone. I been in your shoes before I started working out and stop several times it took for me to lose so much weight due to stress to want to change my life around. I want to help others change their life now instead of waiting until something life changing happening to so. Confidence comes with time but I promise to give you all the tools you need to reach your goals but it is you to stay consistent and discipline yourself to reach your goals I will hold you accountable for your actions.
