FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is a custom quote, because every event is different. The initial quote given may need some adjustment after we discuss your expectations further. Please contact me to discuss your event further before paying marking me booked, or making a reservation payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a long time video production professional, working as a photographer, editor, and graphic artist for the last 20 years. With a lifelong interest in photography and an eye for beauty, I have a critical eye for image quality and layout design, and the skills to achieve both.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been doing wedding videography on the side for a couple years when I first heard of the concept of renting a photo booth for an event. Then in 2008 I took a gig running a photo booth for a company that was renting booths nationally, hiring local operators to perform the setup and running of their booths. After a couple weddings I was having so much fun that I decided to start my own business. I built a photo booth of my own, set up a website, some google search ads, and craigslist posts, and waited for the requests to roll in... my first paid booking was in May of 2009. Going strong ever since.
